Flexible Flying Time: Flying time is subject to permissions and weather conditions. Changes may occur due to weather or technical reasons.

Body Weight Limitation: Each helicopter can accommodate up to 6 passengers with a total weight limitation of 445 kg for all 6 passengers. Heli Yatra reserves the right to de-board passengers if the actual body weight deviates from what was provided at the time of booking. No refunds will be provided for any passenger who is de-boarded due to incorrect body weight. Passengers are requested to provide exact body weight measured on an electronic scale. Passengers with a body weight of above 75 kg will be charged INR 2,500 per kg excess. This amount will be collected in Dehradun before the flight. If the given body weight is incorrect, passengers will be charged INR 3,000 per kg on the final check by the pilot, or they will be de-boarded without any refund.

Luggage Weight: 1 small soft bag (max. 3 kg) per passenger, this duffel bag will be provided by us on the day of arrival. Hard-case luggage or large bags are not allowed.

Flying Schedule: Dham sequence may vary due to weather, technical issues, or government permissions. The departure time and sequence are subject to change.

Hotel Accommodation: Heli Yatra holds the right to change the hotels at flight origin and destination based on hotel availability. Groups of 6 passengers or more may have to stay in different hotels as they will be traveling in different helicopters due to body weight limitations. Rooms are booked on double or triple sharing basis only. For single occupancy rooms, an additional charge of INR 30,000 per person (tax inclusive) will apply.

Bad Weather Conditions: Flying in Hills is subject to bad weather conditions and various Force Majeure factors like:

• Delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions.
• VVIP movements.
• Valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM).
• Sudden occurrence of technical snags in aircraft.
• Illness of flying crew or late reporting of passengers at helipads.

Passenger Preparedness: Passengers must be prepared to face any eventuality and inconvenience in case of such scenarios.

Additional Day: It is strongly advised to keep 1 additional day at hand, over & above the 3N4D period, to avoid inconvenience in case passengers get stuck at any of the destinations due to bad weather or force majeure scenarios.

Amendments to Itinerary: Due to backlog, bad weather, or any natural circumstances, amendments in your itinerary may occur where we can cover Ekdham or Dodham in 1 day.

No Flying: If any Dham is missed due to bad weather or force majeure, we will provide a proportional refund (excluding taxes, fees, and flight preparation charges).

Medical/Special Conditions: Inform us in advance if any medical or special conditions exist. We reserve the right to de-board passengers who do not disclose this information.

Airport Transfers: Transfers are only provided on arrival and departure days. Additional charges apply for transfers to Haridwar/Rishikesh (INR 8,000 per cab).

Passenger Grouping: A single vehicle will be provided for a group of 6 passengers throughout the tour. Passengers may be shifted between helicopters for safe weight distribution.

Infants: Infants under 2 years travel free with valid ID/Birth Certificate.

Rescheduling of Booking: 20% charge applies for rescheduling 30 days before the tour. Less than 30 days notice will result in a fresh booking with applicable cancellation charges.

Payment Terms: 50% deposit at the time of booking; balance due 30 days before departure. Full payment required before departure to board the helicopter.

Force Majeure & Bad Weather Refunds:

• Basis of Refund: Tour Cost: In case 1 Dham is completed and 1 Dham is left out, then INR 12,500 approx. per person will be refunded back to the passenger. This cost is exclusive of other expenses (e.g., Extra night halt, Extra transfers, or any other extra services utilized other than the package inclusions).
• Additional Services: The cost of additional services provided at any Dham during the tour will be deducted over & above the refundable Tour Cost.

Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 30 days before flying date: 40% cancellation charge.
• 0 to 30 days before flying date: No refund.

Extra Night Halt: Any extra night halts due to weather or other reasons are at the passenger's expense.

Note: The terms are designed to ensure safety, comfort, and smooth operations during the Dodham Yatra. Always plan ahead and communicate any special needs in advance.

Flying Schedule: NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operations) – Timings will be shared the night before, based on permissions and operational feasibility. Weather or technical issues may delay or cancel flights.

Helipad Waiting Times: Please expect up to 2 hours waiting time at helipads due to weather, NOTAMs, or other logistical challenges.

Final Day Departure: We aim to depart Badrinath early to avoid poor weather. If so, breakfast may be skipped. Breakfast at Dehradun is optional and chargeable.

Documents Required: Aadhaar Card (Indians) or Passport (Foreigners) is mandatory for all passengers.

Accommodation & Transfers: Final hotel list is shared 30 days prior to travel. Transfers to/from Haridwar or Rishikesh available at extra cost.

Helipad & Base Camps: Large groups may be routed to Phata, Guptkashi, or Sersi depending on availability and aircraft capacity.

Donations & Additional Costs: Donations, tips, porter or palki/pony charges are not included in the package and must be paid directly by the passenger.

Kedarnath Top Stay: Staying on top requires a signed declaration. The accommodation cost ranges from ₹12,000–₹15,000 per room. Heli Yatra is not liable for any emergency or service issues at Kedarnath Top.

Special Poojas: Not included in the standard package. Can be arranged at an extra cost if requested in advance.

VIP Darshan: Offers priority access at the temples but not exclusivity. All darshans are conducted per government SOPs.

Mobile Network: Airtel, JIO, and BSNL are generally available in Yamunotri, Harsil, Kedarnath, and Badrinath.

Add-ons & Customization: No last-minute changes or add-ons allowed. All requests must be submitted in advance.
